SECRETARIAT

The club last year started using its ultra-modern club secretariat located at the high class residential area of Sakaman. The secretariat is manned by a dedicated and high calibre trained personnel under the supervision of the President and his Management Board. secretariat.

GYM

The Club boasts of a multipurpose modern gymnasium to help in the physical training and build up as well as rehabilitation of the players of the team. This is the second to none in the country and is classified as the best privately owned gymnasium in the country. gym...

CLUB HOUSE

The camping facility or Club House to provide accommodation for players and technical officials before matches is attached to the secretariat. With (12) twelve rooms fitted with beds ,TV room ,recreational hall and domestic facility , this is more equipped than all three known facilities in the country partially owned by foreign partners. club house...

ACCOMODATIONS

The management to provide decent environment for the players has rented or leased a number of residential accommodations in decent residential areas for the accommodation of players especially those outside the capital.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

The Club has a well -planned and managed nursery and youth department from where majority of the players are recruited. The Club has its own colts or juvenile team of U-14 and U-17 playing in the Metropolitan Juvenile League. Interests and investments is also injected into other colts clubs throughout the country to foster the nurturing and monitoring of potential young players for possible future recruitment or poaching .

Young players who are barred from colts are still kept and managed in the academy department , which played in the Inter-Departmental League in Accra for a year or two(2).

SCOUTING AND RECRUITMENT

The main area of scouting and recruitment has been the youth programme of the club. However , the club has representatives in all the football centers in the country that monitor potential players and communicate with the secretariat. Technical experts are then dispatched to go and evaluate these players and make recommendations.

The club also sponsors and organizes clots festivals from which potential stars are unearthed for either youth team or the senior team. Some scouting and recruitment are also done from the main league, Here, it must be noted that the club was able to beat the competition to sign the best players in the past season's league.

FINANCING

The club due to its youthfulness and age does not command any significant number of supporters and has now began to build those structures (supporting fans) . This makes the attendance at its matches very poor inspite of intense marketing and publicity .Therefore the gate proceeds are regrettably low. For the past three years, the highest revenue from the gates is One hundred and Fifteen Million Cedis (c 115,000,000.00) when it drew 2-2 with Asante Kotoko in the seasons opening league match. The system of home teams taking all the proceeds at the gates means that if you don't have enough supporters watching your games , you get low gate proceeds.

This makes a team like Liberty Professionals suffer greatly financially. Even the tradition clubs with millions of supporters find it difficult depending on the gate proceeds alone to run and manage their clubs. It therefore makes sense to look for other sources of finances i.e. sponsors such as
  1. Liberty Sports Lts
  2. Famson Agency
  3. Flashy Corner Ent.

The club has been financed principally through revenue generated from transfer of some of the players to Europe .Also from the magnanimity of the President and Chairman of the club.

PROJECTS/AMBITIONS

Maintaining a systematic and scientific development programme, the club developed its own training field in the first year . Built its own secretariat and club house last year. Now the club is embarking on a lofty and a state of the art sports complex at Dodowa about 30 Km off the , Accra .

Dodowa in the Gt. Accra Region is the traditional capital of the region with admirable forests and woods. It's hilly nature makes the weather pleasant and mild contrary to the hot temperature one in the city. The quite environment with a constant morning breeze makes the area good for a well-planned development. The club has a thirty-two and a half (32.5) acres of land to be developed into a state of the art sports complex with the following features:
  • Four training Pitches
  • One main playing field
  • Swimming pool
  • An indoor complex with five(5) aside pitch, badminton, basketball and table tennis facilities.
  • An auditorium, offices, classrooms for lectures, a library and a trophy room.
  • A hostel facility fitted with kitchen and dining hall.
  • A Restaurant and a Bar
The facility apart from serving the purpose of satisfying the overall development of the club could also be a source of revenue generation as foreign clubs could apply to use the facility for their pre-season camping.
